Registration - Who and how to registrate?       When you sign up as a team, you are to state the following:  Number of teams  Number of players  Age Group(s) (U12, U14, U16, U18 or U21)  Number of leaders  The name and the address of the club  The colour of the club jersey  A contact person (normally the leader of the club)  Address, telephone number, E-mail and a fax number (if any).  Date and time of arrival (can also be reported later on)  Place of accommodation: School, hotel, camping site, etc.  The number of persons who need to be accommodated Registration and payment must be made at the same time and on the 1st of May 2010 at the latest. After this date, registration can only take place if there are vacant rooms at the places of accommodation. Family / Relatives The family or relatives accompany many players. If needed, Dronninglund Cup can also arrange for family members / relatives to be accommodated - it will typically be at the camping site next to Dronninglund School For Dronninglund Cup to do this, it is, however, required, that family / relatives join the same meal arrangement as the players. Only as an exception and in case of extra capacity, family members and relatives will be accommodated at one of the schools in the area alongside with the players. If you wish to accommodate family / relatives as mentioned above, please sign them up on the common registration form. How to sign up You can sign up in the following three ways: By regular post By fax Online   By regular post: Write a letter to us with all the pieces of information listed above, fill in the registration blanket (to be found in the leaflet) and send it all to: Dronninglund Cup 2010 Enebærvej 24 DK - 9330 Dronninglund Denmark When we have received the blanket and the team fee, we will send you a letter of confirmation. By Fax: Please do as described in the above paragraph and send the blankets by fax to (+45) 98 84 44 77. When we have received the form and the team fee, we will send you a letter of confirmation. Online It is also possible to sign up electronically by filling in the online form and then click on ‘send’. When we have registered the form and the team fee, we will send a letter of confirmation.
